We admit, we're addicted to healthy recipes! We are always on the look out for the next great meal, snack, or desert that makes us or our friends giggle when we eat it. But it’s not enough that they enjoy eating it. It also has to have great nutritional value and be real, live food. Therefore, we only collect meals that are based on a healthy and tasty recipe. If we do use white flour or sugar it’s in minuscule amounts. Now please note that high fat foods like butter, cream, and cheese are not considered unhealthy. They are full of healthy fats that our bodies need. The key is everything in moderation. Here’s our collection of favorites. We add more on a regular basis so check back often and let us know how they worked for you or any improvements you made.
