Healthy Recipes Taco Seasoning
- ¼ c chili powder
- ¼ c ground cumin
- ¼ c oregano
- 2 T cayenne powder
- ¼ c garlic powder
- ¼ c onion powder
- 3 T salt
To use, add 2 tablespoons to one pound of ground meat. Mix well and then cook. For dips, add 2 tablespoons to 1 cup sour cream or yogurt. Makes 12 servings or uses.
