Healthy Recipes Pancakes
- 1 c buttermilk or soured milk*
- 1 egg
- 1 T honey
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- ¾ t baking soda
- ½ t salt
- 1 T olive oil
Mix buttermilk, egg, sugar, and oil together. Combine flour, soda, salt, and add to buttermilk mixture. For waffles add additional 1 T oil. *1 T fresh lemon juice or vinegar to 1 c milk and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
