Caesar Salad

  • 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 lbs. Fully Cooked Shrimp or Chicken
  • 4 Heaping Tbs. of home made Mayonnaise
  • 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
  • Zest and Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Tbs. Anchovy Paste
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
Cut lettuce into a large bowl. Top with shrimp or chicken.

Place the remaining ingredients except for the olive oil in a blender and turn it on to mix.

Stream the olive oil into the dressing mix through the center of the lid. When the dressing is combined pour it onto the salad, mix and serve.

Makes 4 servings.

We love this recipe. And it's almost as good the next day!
